To Whiten Your Teeth Mix Together:
Peroxide & Baking Soda into a thick Paste ~
Mix enough for one application to Brush Teeth ~
(meaning do not mix a lot up at once to save for next brushing)
Brush all surfaces of your teeth, front & back ~
(you do not need to vigorously brush, just mildly brush over all surfaces)
Do not swallow paste, spit out excess as you go ~
Rinse throughly afterwards ~
Repeat as needed next day ~
I tried this east mixture & was totally amazed. It not only whitened
my teeth, it also made my mouth feel fresh & clean. If you haven't
tried it or are just looking for a more natural & less expensive alternative
to teeth whitening ... give it a try.
