When I win the lotto...

The other night, Nick asked me- if we were rich, and could travel anywhere, where would I first want to go. I have so many places I want to visit, but I'll admit it- I was stumped to find the one place I want to go above all others.

I want to visit Scotland and Ireland. Italy, too! Paris, London, Cairo, and Cancun. I want to see Venice, and shop in Milan. I want to see every state in the US.

Where would be the one place you would go immediatly if money were no object?

I would first head to my best friend's house about 6 blocks away to share the news with him; then, we'd go to the bar across the street from where he lives to have a drink to toast my good fortune. I'd also travel to my old hometown an hour east from here I live now to visit as I haven't been back there since I left a year and a half ago. Long distance, I'd take my best friend with me for a small vacation in midtown Manhattan in New York City. Any other location would depend on when my best friend could get away to go with me and I'd be open to his suggestions since I have the most fun with him by my side wherever we go to visit.

The first place I would go? I would have to start small and build up to the big places in other countries. Maybe I'd start with some North Carolina beaches since I have always wanted to check them out but have never been. Eventually I'd be hitting up Ireland, Japan and other far-away places.

I would go online quickly and get a cheap ticket to Paris, then Tuscani and then Martinique. I would like to see the caribbean island one by one.

Well, we won't win the lottery as we don't play. I would probably say Jamaica though, as this is where my husband is from, and he still have family left behind.

This is an easy question for me. I can always narrow it down to one place I want to go to. That is to go to Antarctica again. Of course, there are other places I would love to go on day, but my top choice is to go on another Antarctic cruise.

If it were a big enough lotto I would take my whole family to Italy to visit my daughter.
If we won, another thing I would want to do is have a family trip to Walt Disney World- all my siblings, and their kids, etc.

After a few places here in the States, I would want to head to India, Ghana, Ireland and the UK... probably all in one trip.

Living in the UK means that travel to Europe is fairly easy and fairly cheap - so I'd choose to go back to Singapore.

I will be visting there when we fly out to Australia early next year to visit family.
