Lilacs grace my table as I type...brought them in before the rain...since I feared we might have high winds ....though as yet, that hasn't happened. Lilacs are a reminder that summer will soon be here....yahoo!
Thanks everyone! Elizabeth, lilac bushes line my street and they are all in full bloom. Their fragrant scent hits me when I walk out my front door every morning and it makes me think of spring. I think I need to clip a few branches for my kitchen table, too!
