This is my Daily Point Check In and it still looks like I'm doing OK on points, even though I'm not a PW this week. Nice! 
 
THANK YOU to anyone and everyone that has been commenting and rating these articles of mine. This is purely for fun.
 

1) Today I have 8271 points. When I posted my Point Check In about 5:00 pm Pacific time yesterday, I had 8080 points.  This means I've earned 191 points in 24 hours. 
 
2) On Gather today, I posted my "Grandpa, Rylan and Daddy" image and 2 articles, Add some character to your name or Gather comments: more tips & tricks and Get your FREE 1 year subscription to "Tango" magazine here!. I also added some responses on some of my articles, but haven't gotten around to sending out my repayment comments. I did spend some time on some of the PW of the Week articles, listing some of my very favorite connections on Gather. Last night, before going to bed... I posted an article called My top 6 'Comment Neglected' Posts: I was tagged for another game and then had to tag 6 people to play. The people I tagged were

Jennifer D. Meacham, Jennifer P., David Smith ,Lisa M. ,Sherry W., and Alicia Storey. I also have been trying to get caught up on my subscriptions and have been randonmly selecting emails from my personal email box to click on and send comments to those people.

3) I had 3 connections requests today, and I approved all of them.
 

I don't have a question for you today, but wanted to let you all know that I wrote a 2 page (front and back) letter to my doctor about my Medical Issues, that I think you'll be proud of... so please wish me luck. For those of you who read that article and commented on it, you'll understand what I'm talking about and I'll make sure to keep you updated on everything. I made sure to let her know how I felt about what was going on and tried to be as assertive as I could about getting the medical care I need.

Thanks Faith. I always enjoy reading your articles. You're form of writing is very pleasant to read. I have a little over 2300 points. Like you, I do this "mostly" for fun. The other part is a nice plus. I'm glad you're pinning your doctor down on the care you are getting!

Jennifer P: If you can get to the point where it's showing the link, then you're halfway there. From there, all you need to do is type OVER the link (like type in: My Gather article from November or something like that) and then basically what's happening is your link will be lurking behind what you typed in. As long as what you've typed in is still underlined and blue, then it will work. Once you hit publish, we'll just see what you typed in, and when we click on it, it will take us where you want us to go.

I also added instructions at the bottom of my Top 6 'Comment Neglected' Posts article, so just head on over there and if what I just wrote to you made no sense at all, then maybe the other instructions will help you on that one.

NEWEST POINT UPDATE

As of 2:23 AM EST March 22, 2007 (It is now a week exactly from my first posting of my point updates... :o) ) So here are my newest numbers. Well my newest grand total tally for my gather points is:

5299 gather points

So in an hour I have be bumped up now a total of 13 points... Still not that bad... Also, since I started recording my points tonight I have been bumped up in 4 hours and 23 minutes a total of 54 points, which averages out to a lovely 12.33 points an hour roughly... Which is not bad at all... Yea... :o)

Now a week ago at this time my original points were 4403 gather points...

In a weeks time I have been bumped up by a total of 896 gather points, so this averages out to about 128 points per day. So that is not bad at all... :) Above the 100 points needed a day to grab that 3000 point goal. :o)

Only if I had started this tracking at the beginning of the month I would be so much closer to the goal of the 3000 points... Now we know what I will be doing next month, right???

I am currently at 5588 gather points myself... But I have been slacking the last few hours.. I am off to bed now... Actually under one hour about 30 minutes at 1:26 am my time and it is 1:07 am right now, so this is close enough... Yesterday at this time I had 5286 gather points, and right now I have 5588 so I have gained 302 gather points with about 20 minutes left... to hit the 24 hour mark... Not too shaby... If I must say so my self.. :) That is the most gather points I have gotten in one day before... If I kept that up I would only need to do that for 10 days in each month... :o)
