Sesame Street and Big Bird are 40 years old. Can that be? Do you remember Sesame Street when it first started? My daughter who is now 37 loved to watch Big Bird, and sing to the Sesame Street songs. It was so contraversial because of all the different colored puppets. Conspiracy theorists would complain that there was a secret agenda from Sesame Street.

Okay, so who is your favorite Sesame Street character. Mine is Grover because of his book, "There is a Monster at the End of This Book."
If you never read "There is a Monster at the End of of this Book" do so now. It's interaction with the child is wonderful. I love Sesame Street for my children and now, my grandchildren. Forty years? Can you believe it?
