Michael Jackson is Dead! I just heard on my local news that TMZ is reporting that Michael Jackson is dead of cardiac arrest at 50 years old. Wow! First, we lost Farrah Fawsett but that was expected, but now, Michael Jackson as well.

My source says Coma not died - so we aren't sure yet.
CNN just said about 10 seconds ago that he is in a coma.
I found the article says he died this afternoon That one is a shock.
I didn't know Farrah died?
you forogt Ed Mcmahn,, he died too this week,,, things happen in three
Farrah died at about 12:18 p.m ET.
if CNN says Coma...well...they are probably trying to revive. I heard from daughter from TMZ that Jackson did not have pulse in ambulance.
We will know soon enough.
This has been a very sad day indeed.
Coma as far as fox and cnn
la times now reporting he has died
What a trip
yup, gone, but he was only a shadow himself for the past decade
wow, it comes in threes... ed mcMahon, Farah Fawcett and now Michael Jackson...
Rest in Peace...
I am not a fan, sorry to hear he died
So many people "leaving" us.
your name made me laugh out loud
thanks
i needed that
I heard he was in a deep coma earlier but he has died, very sad, I was a big fan in my younger years and sad to hear about Farrah as well.
so sad
For some reason, it seems like the celebrities die in triplicate. But, just why does Ed McMahan have to die at about the same time as Michael Jackson and Farrah what's-her-name (just how many husbands did she have anyway)?
Remember he announced at his last concert that it would be his last? Could he have had a premonition?
It's too bad that he has a lingering legacy - the child molestation charges. Sure he was found "not guilty". But, "not guilty" is not the same as proven innocent. I would have liked for him to more definitely clear the charges as trumped up; then again, he might really have been a pedophile.
one less pedaphile
The media carves our perceptions. That's why 1.2 million Iraqi's are dead. What's worse, 2.3 million American soldiers are dead and you don't know it because they've told you the number is 4,300 and you believe that. However, since 1990 2.3 million American soldiers have died. Didn't know that did you?
You also have no idea if Michael Jackson was a pedophile. There's no such thing as a pedaphile. If you were eating a fortune cookie the fortune would say, "finish school and pay attention in class."
And the normal death rate for US soldiers would have been right around 1 million. That means 1.3 million died mysteriously. Could it be that there were 2.3 million deaths that were actually related to these wars but because of the way they were classified it can't be clearly determined? Hmmm, I wonder.
Could it be that Michael Jackson wasn't a pedophile since there's no evidence he was and your comment is based on inneundo, speculation, aspersion and rumor? Hmmm, I wonder.
Hey Carol. I'm wondering if you'd be willing to post this discussion on Minnesota Music. I'm an intern here at Minnesota Public Radio, and it's my job today to get discussion going on that group (one of our groups), and you've really created a vibrant discussion here, so it would be great if you'd be willing to post to Minnesota Music (mnmusic.gather.com). It's totally okay if you're not a Minnesotan, too. I'd really appreciate it! Thanks so much.
Prejudice is easy and interestingly, for some reason people LOVE to hate.
Understanding, compassion, acceptance, tolerance and HONESTY all take hard work.
