We all go through the dark nights of our souls but somehow God finds a way to remind us that the light is there. It's the flame of the Holy Spirit that will find a way to reach you and inspire you to put the darkness on the side for another time.

Just checking back to see how you are.
Not too good a report I see, but today is another day.

One thing you need to understand is that YOU have WORTH no matter WHAT someone else may be willing to put into you, or whether they are willing to be there for you or not.

Often we run into the selfishness of others and mistake it for ourselves not being worthy.

In this teevee, 'everything should be easy and wonderful culture' NOTHING is easier than refusing to work on something inconvenient, I know. Those that do often use hurtful labels to assuage their guilt.

You start thinking that you are a worthy individual, because you are...

You may not be rich or famous but you can go to the store without people bothering you, make decisions that you don't have to feel responsible for bunches of other people for, YOU have control of your life, and that is a comfort in and of itself if you think about it.

All we can do is all we can do.

Mood disorders can be good or bad, depends how one wants to look at it..... this condition is nothing new. Take the good, makes life so much better then dwelling in the negative.

Hope you are feeling better today... this line "Unless I am with someone to follow their expectations and feelings I frequently don't know who I really am inside." Struck a chord with me. While I have certainly had my moments, I cannot say that I have felt this way myself, but I have quite often been with others who I am quite sure felt exactly this way. It perfectly captures what they were trying to describe to me. Thank you for sharing your unique insight so generously.
