When you've been under a lot of stress for a prolonged period or your life is so hectic or mundane that you feel like you can't take it any more, what do you do to avoid complete burnout? How do you unwind or rejuvenate yourself? What do you do to cheer yourself up or build up enough strength to make it through another day?
