Carol - when my father was dying, I bought his widow a "Be Still and Know That I Am God" mug. I knew that sometimes it is so easy to keep running and doing and going... anything to avoid realizing what is going on and how we feel about it. Only in the stillness when we allow ourselves to feel do we begin to allow ourselves to heal. Blessings.
