Photo Scape is a freeware photo editing program that I use quite often to edit my photographs. Recently I published this picture:

Someone asked how I did it. Here are the steps I followed.
Open the PhotoScape software and select editor
First thing I did was decide on three pictures to use
Here is an example: These three pictures are of the same flower at slightly different angles.

I select the first photograph and click on the object tab. Right at the top is the option for photo

I then select the second photograph and move the opacity dial down to half so that both photos can be seen.

I then move the second photo into the desired position.

I repeat the process with the third picture.

I then click the button that merges photo+object and OK it

I think crop and "save as" my image. This is the final result.

ta da!!

Very cool
Very interesting! Thanks for the info, I'm going to check out that Phot Scape now :)
neat
Thanks for the information. The price of photo editing software keeps me from getting any.
I have six editors Karen three of them I use often the other three I use but very seldom and they are all free. When I got the VISTA OS the version of Adobe I had would not work with it, and I didn't want to pay several hundred dollars for the newest version.
LOL, you make it sound so easy. I think the picture you did is really great. I am going to have to print out these instructions and try it. Just one questions for someone that is challenged in this type of work. Where is the button to merges everything located? I sometimes can get things but then I can't figure out how to merge them. I have had this problem in quite a few programs so I know it is me and not the program.
And thank you Nancy for posting this, I appreciate it.
The merge button actuall says "photo+Objects" and is located on the same tab as the objects. It's located just right of center.
And as you can tell from my post, I can't think and type at the same time either, lol.
This is great Nancy, I am going now to try it. It looks kind of sort of like Picasa...

Thanks for the detailed instructions. I don't have that software but may be I will look into getting one.
How neat. I have PSP7 but don't know how to do too much with it. I might check out Photoscape. :)
How cool. I don't have any good photo software, just the Kodak Easyshare that came with my computer. I use Picnik online which is very good. I may just try out Photoscape. Looks very good.
Thanks ,Nancy ! I believe even I could follow your steps !
