Roses

My husband bought me roses today

Beautiful red and white ones.

We went to the market to get some vegetables.  I saw these beautiful roses that smelled so wonderful.  And I told him!  I want these roses!!  So he bought them for me.

 

Then helped me plant them!

I have a rose bush of this type. Someone told me what kind of roses they are last year when I posted photos, but of course I can't remember now, lol. Lovely gift that should return each year.

How gorgeous! I adore roses but I don't like the japanese beetles who love them too. I've never tried growing them (except a mini rose bush one time many years ago). My mom used to grow them. I hope you have lots of beautiful roses all summer long!
