I know people are rude because of something that happened before they got to you...sometimes. There are people out there who are just flat out rude no matter what.

I had a good job at a budding waste management company but finally quit in large part because I was tired of getting yelled at every day. I just could not justify allowing people to talk to me like that day after day. Although there is one way I have found to better deal with the negative aspects/ people on the job: Think of some humorous and creative outlet. For example, there was a guy at my last job that drove me insane. I started writing a comic strip with a character that was based on him. It wasn't very good but it was good therapy.
