GNN Weather Report: Laundry Launches Across Lanai!

Windy Town, Florida: Intrepid reporter Miz M reporting that today was very windy here in Florida.  It was quite the chilly day here, with the wind blowing. 

Miz M placed 2 clothing items in the lanai to air out.  One was a baby boy's white suit and the other was a woman's silk wrap dress.  Both items had been purchased at thrift stores for possible sale on ebay.  However, much to Miz M's dismay, they were in a plastic bin that contained a non-empty bottle of perfume, which leaked into the container.  The smell permeated the entire container and its' contents.  Miz M was looking at her stash of ebay-able treasures and noticed the strong odor wafting from one of the boxes.  She was quite dismayed to open the vessel and catch a whiff of the offending fragrance.  She promptly removed the 2 garments and hung them on the laundry drying rack in the washing room in the garage.  When entering the house, her mother told her that she smelled like a French house of ill repute.

Miz M let the garments stay outside in the washroom for 2 days, but the smell was still there.  Today, she got the brilliant idea to hang them on the nails in the lanai, next to the multitude of wind chimes.  She employed a shepherd's staff to help her hang the garments.  Alas, a good wind came and knocked both items to the ground.  Miz M's father then came out and had the brilliant idea of hanging them on the ceiling fan.  This was a marvelous idea, and the little white outfit stayed marvelously.  However, the silk dress had other ideas.  It was blowing in the wind like an aqua flag, and then shimmied off the hanger, sailing over to the door.  It was a good thing the door was locked, as the dress was trying to make a desperate bid for freedom.  The dress was captured, fastened securely, and re-hung on the fan, where it remains to this report.
