Let me preface this by saying that I'm not a conspiracy theorist by any stretch of the imagination. I just want to talk about something that I've observed for a very long time in my area that just doesn't make any sense to me. I've searched all over the internet for answers and found pictures just like mine and much more elaborate than the ones I've taken and read all kinds of conspiracy theories about it all from weather control to protection from the ozone layer deterioration to aliens and I still don't have a clue.
So what is going on?
Many times I'm traveling my city on customer visits throughout the day. I can go from one end of the city to the other and back around again in a day and the whole time I'm seeing this stuff go on in the sky. The day can start out with a totally clear blue sky and the planes start coming through and leaving these chemtrails in long lines. They spread out and then another one is laid out in the sky by another plane. One by one they lay down across the sky, melding together to form larger trails. until the entire horizon of the area is a haze of whatever this is.
I live across the river from the airport. I've seen trails in the sky that head in one direction, take a loop- like they forgot something at the airport and were turning around and then quickly figured out they had it and swirled back in the original direction again. A spiral in the sky and it's not air show time. I've seen elaborate grids like a tic-tac-toe game up there.
I showed this to my boss and he used to be a pilot and some of what we've seen he said planes just wouldn't do.
Another friend simply writes it off as contrails that stay in the sky because the atmosphere is so cold up there and these are atmospheric clouds. Okay, but then why do the "trails" stay up there some days and not others. I know what contrails are. They dissipate quite quickly. These last all day.
The same friend said that it's probably that we are in a flight pattern from one coast to another. Well, that doesn't wash with me either because there are several planes going at one time and flying very close to one another drawing in the sky. The other thing is that if this is a designated flight pattern, is it not used every day? These chemtrails are not painted every day.
In one of the pictures I've circled 2 planes at the same time. But I've seen up to 4 of them in the air at the same time.
It's to the point now that we don't have any real clouds anymore. Just the haze created by these chemtrails. My brother and I were going to set up our video cameras for the day pointed at two spots in the sky running continuously for a day that they do this so others can see how they are painted up there and then gradually lay down and one on top of another.
I don't need this to be a sinister thing- I just really would like to know WHAT it is. This has really been intriguing me for quite some time. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

and other health problems ...happens every the time they appear...last week they were all over and in strange triangular patterns...now I have a sinus infection ...
The view under the microscope are amazing. Like fiber! Which would explain how these chemtrails spread out and then meld together if they are bound by something like that.

Mike-Wow, I watched one of the videos and it's pretty scary. Seems most others have the same questions I do about the whole thing. The one video I looked at however, was a bit too much for me as far as doom and gloom and the way it's presented. That turns me off right away. Although I do want answers, I don't wish to go to the extremes with it as this video did.
I've been watching this for nearly 2 years. Some of the patterns in the sky are such that I don't know how anyone can explain them away by saying it's just contrails from commercial aircraft. Since when do commercial airplanes play tic-tac-toe in the sky?
Actually, I first noticed this back in the 1980's during the Cold War, and I thought that the Soviets had launched a nuclear attack against us, no joke !
There was little t.v. and those speaking through it were revered and the message was of fear. It worked. I was scared.
This chemtrail thing is more of a intrigue of mine because I'm noticing it. If it's something sinister, there isn't much I can do about it and I'm 1/2 way through life and don't wish to spend my life trying. I have too many other things I can control in my life that will impact a little closer to home- with my family and my friends. And damn, if I'm not having a good time with THAT!!!
If the chemtrail issue is an enemy conspiracy of some sort, I still know where all of those M-1 Carbines are burried! lol
I figure if it is some conspiracy- it's young. And won't come to fruition in my lifetime. :D
Man, the stuff we had to learn and 30 years later the whole program changed!
It does suck though that so many clear blue sky days are ruined for whatever it is.
When was the last time that you heard Tree Frogs and Crickets singing in the night? Back in the day, those critter's songs would put me to sleep at night, but nowadays they aren't singing like they used to.
We used to have tons of them at a certain time of year. When I lived out in the country in the early 80's we still had lots of them. And when I was growing up, we used to have tons to pick from on a lightning bug hunt. I haven't seen them in years. And my neighborhood has a really nice eco-system built over the years.
What about the Bull Frogs ? Those guys put me to sleep in the old days, but they seem to be gone by the wayside also. There is something very wrong with this picture Lisa.
I often dream of the sounds made by the Crickets, Tree Frogs and Bull Frogs as well as the awesome sight of the Lightning Bugs, but when I awake in the morning, they aren't there. Something is wrong.
My neighborhood is part of the city. I live in what has transformed into a big park. No one put up fences. They built some privacy for themselves with some shrubs here and there but you can look out from my deck and watch the birds play and the squirrels run (ask Travis about the one he was chasing one day).
And yes, the rabbits etc. And a nest of hawks. Nature will do what it will- the hawks will take out some of the squirrels and some of the mourning doves (they are soooo dumb) and some of the rabbits. That's life. But I can also sit on my deck right outside the city (small that it is) and see hawks.
And you are right- there is something wrong. And that's not the only place where it's wrong. And although, I'll still notice it, I don't know that I'll take up the fight cuz most people don't want to join a fight. So be it. I have been and would be a good warrior.
What amazes me is how many people I've run across in my life who never bother to even look UP! I was on vacation in what we consider here in Wisconsin as "God's Country"-northern Wisconsin. Where you can see stars with the naked eye that are never visible otherwise. Where you can track the satellites across the sky. And where you can see eagles on the golf course. To NOT look up is to miss half the show! But, I tested it one night and told a group coming out of the restaurant- "Hey- look at the sky, the stars are awesome tonight!" and out of a group of about 10 people only 2 of them actually looked up.

I'm in Connecticut out in the country and we still have the frogs, the crickets but I haven't seen a lightening bug, though since we moved here, it might be that they were aren't here? When I was a kid, I was one of the only kids in school that has asthma and allergies - when our son went to school, he had to make sure that his name and Dr and info was on his inhaler as they were left at the nurses office - I could not believe how many she had in there - several cabinets-full!
Big change there. Blue sky? Don't see them too often. Good article, and I don't really know what those things are you're seeing. Hopefully you'll find out and let us know, I always figured it was just bad air pollution!
