ALL Aboard the Yellow Train Team !!!!

I guessed closest to the winning answer of 3545 passengers and will be the conductor for the Yellow Train Team.

  The Team Conductor who fills his/her train the quickest will win a $100 AMEX gift card for themselves, and each member of my team will win 50 Gather points. Plus, one lucky team member of Our winning team will randomly be selected to win a $50 AMEX gift card.

Here's how it works: As the Team Conductor I am trying to get the most Gather members to board my  train . We have 3 weeks to reach 300 Gather members and we'll keep track of how the race is going in the All Aboard group.

You "board the yellow train" by joining the  All Aboard group. then uploading our team's icon to your profile and commenting EXACTLY "I've boarded the  Yellow Train Team!"  in the comment field below.

You can download our team's official train icon by right-clicking on the image and selecting "save as." Save the icon to your computer, then upload the image to Gather and select it as your  profile icon.

Remember, the first team to reach 300 passengers by 11:59pm EDT on May 12, 2008 will win. Gather will have check-ins every Tuesday to see how the other teams are doing.

Once you have join the yellow team feel free to invite your friends but no mass emails as it is a violation of the rules

Yes, you do have to change your image icon to the yellow train and keep it up through midnight May 13, 2008. And you can only board one train and must stay on it! No jumping trains folks! =)

I would love to participate, but members are not allowed to customize their icons (as I did for mine during the Hallmark campaign). Therefore, I won't be boarding any trains. :-(

It's funny that you say mass mailing is against the rules - I received a few mass mails to join the green team, but I feel I know you better than I know Austin and Laura. I don't think they have ever visited any of my work, although I've been to theirs.

Thanks but I like my kitties as icons, they are my photos and not someone else's. If I can't use my babies, then I'm not hopping aboard. If I had or could have the train pic in my photos, then I would join.

As it is, I usually relate people to their icons, this is going to be crazy for 3 weeks with all these trains all over the place. I won't know who I'm talking to. LOL
