Who does better with surveys?
Here's some more tips with things I've noticed and so have other long term survey takers. If your not getting surveys and you keep your profile updated often do you fit in any of these demographics?
I've noticed certain companies slow down during certain times of the year. Personally summer is slower for me with some survey companies while a few other companies I hear from more. This could be demographical but from other members I've spoke with that are with the same companies they tend to have the same problem.
Latino's seems to get more surveys with some companies. Why is this? They are increasing the population and there demographic are on the rise so opinions are valued even more since there are less people taking these types of surveys.
Mothers with young children seem to recieve more surveys.
Teenage boys that play video games do well.
IT professionals usually get higher paying surveys but they are longer and more detailed too.
If you have experiance in retail or sales you sometimes will get disqualified easier. Hint- if you see a question asking your profession and you chose retail sales.. and say you work at a grocery store and the survey is asking about certain products such as cereal. You probally won't qualify*
College students opinions are valued as well (human behavior studies are great for this group). They also do well with college surveys about continuing education and credit cards.
Groups of people that have more experiance in one field. (IT- system analysist/web designers etc)
Certain incomes can also disqualify you. It all depends on the company and what the surveys about. If they are talking about a product that cost xxxx amount of money and you make a lot less then that or way to much. The product most likely wont work for your lifestyle.
The best age range to qualify for lots of surveys from various companies
is 18-35 and then 35- 45 with other companies. After that most times you recieve a lot less surveys. There's a few companies that are specifically for teenagers and younger children but average companies are from 18 and up.A few except panel members 13-14 and up.Baby boomers also do well especially if it mentions grandchildren. They also help qualify you more.Your opinion is valued especially on political surveys, health care, and any survey involving the state of the economy.

But there are only a handful of companies that I do surveys on a regular basis, like GTM, Op Outpost, etc.
