I think he is a woman, artificially turned into a man, who is having a baby the same way all women do. Since his wife can't have a child, I am happy for them that he can. I hope their baby girl will be normal and that they will have a great life.

Now let me get this straight (no pun intended) This woman changes her outward physiognomy to male, then has relations with a male??? What's the point??? She could do that as a woman, but maybe the goal was to get on Oprah. So has she/he had mastectomies so she/he can't breastfeed this unfortunate child? All I can say is, it's not that it takes all kinds - it's just that we have them!
