and the funny thing....most associates are more than willing to help with the 30 day price guarantees and rebates that come up after you have bought something, so being friendly pays:) (We bought a printer and a week later they had a rebate offer. The great people at Staples used our receipt to return it and repurchase it so we could get the rebate. Kudos to them!)
