There's a new promotion from now until August 3rd-

Play between the hours of 8am EST and 2pm EST, and every spin has a 2x multiplier on it! That means, if you spin, and score a 10 point win, it's automatically doubled to 20 points. Win the $25 score? $50! 5,000 point? 10,000!!

It's an easy way to score points faster, and during the hours when the game is usually a bit more 'dead', and thus, easier to play.

Also- if you are a player, VERIFY your email address!! This is done through the MY ACCOUNT button. Just click a button, then check your email. When you get an email from them, click the link in it- that's all you have to do!

For those who don't know what Netwinner is, it's a free online game you can play to earn points or cash. Points accumulate, and once you have 25,000 points, you earn a free $25 gift card to a place of your choosing (from a list they provide), including Barnes & Noble, Walmart, Home Depot, & Target.

I've gotten lots of points today, because of this offer.
It's an awesome offer, isn't it? I love all the promotions they've had lately. :) My points were coming so slow for a while, then I was able to jump nicely.

My sister plays, and the brat has gotten 5,000 point scores twice in the last week.

I had to put in the code to keep playing more times than I won. I'm certain its one of my worst ways to get a gift card.
Mary, it can take a while, I agree. But I've earned double there in the last 6 months than I've earned here. I do think it's more "fun" here, but hey, I'll do what I need to over there to earn points for gift cards.

Last year, I was able to pay for about 90% of the kids Christmas gifts with free gift cards from assorted websites. :)

I'm playing Heather, and loving it. I'm waiting on the delivery of my first $25 gift card. How long does it usually take for you to get the cards?

I ordered my card in may and got it late june/early july. So I'd say a month to get a card. ;-)
Right now? My last few cards took about 6-8 weeks. They say to expect it within 60 days. When the site first started, it was more like 4 weeks, but they have so many more players it takes longer now.

I've always received mine, though.

I always forget to play early. I think I am going to make a POINT of it tomorrow. I need to get up early anyway, empty out my camera, post here on gather, so it will give me lots to do!

I joined Netwinner a while ago too. I did earn enough points to request a Walmart gc. Has anyone actuall received their prize yet? It took them almost 2 weeks to send me an email requesting that I verify my email addy w/ them, so they could mail out the prize. Hope I get it! Today I also was on there and got a 25x pop up on the spinner! Never saw that before. Didn't win though. Bummer!

I play there when im bored and it seems like I never get any points! 10 here and 10 there but thats after playing for atleast a hour.

I was sitting at the computer this morning, while typing a mail for my husband. I always sit and click at netwinner once in a whiler (automatic reflex by now), and all of a sudden I see green....because of the double up I won 10000 points = 10$, two weeks ago I redeemed my first 25$ gc there, and while I was doing so, I noticed it said I had an unclaimed reward. I went to check ....250$ cash reward.

So yes, I certainly love netwinner, and Heather, I actually think I have enough for Christmas presents now :)

I also checked with the person, who I signed up under, and she received 25000 points that same day, because of my big win, so it works.

netwinner is hundreds of dollars behind and is putting members accounts on hold for not reason. they are running over 60 days behind for there prizes and are closing people accounts for emailing them.
