Best Paid-to-read Email Sites

I've been trying to make money online since the beginning of the year. I've signed up at 60 different survey sites and have only made $17 so far (although I am waiting for $22 in checks and $10 in Amazon gift cards). I've only signed up with one site where I am paid to read e-mail. That site is Inbox Dollars. My account had gone up to $19 (payout is at $30), but I bought the Gold Membership for $17 so I could have some referrals under me to earn a percentage of what they make.

I'm wondering if anyone could help me with suggestions of other paid-to-read e-mail sites that actually pay out. I do not like doing cash offers or shopping on-line.

Has anyone received a check from reading paid e-mails?  If so, which sites do you use? How many e-mails do you receive a day?  How long does it take before you are able to cash out?  How much does each e-mail pay?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been doing surveys for over two years and you can make some money, but you have to take a lot of surveys. You also have to be consistent, but it can work.

The ones mentioned above sound good. I have been paid by My points many times. Send Earnings has sent me a check and I have also been paid by inbox dollars. For Send Earnings and Inbox dollars, be sure to do their survey a day for $1.00 per survey.

Thank you for all the advice. I've just signed up for donkeymail and cashdelight. I'm having a hard time figuring them out though. I will also check out Send Earnings. Sandra, I do try to do the $1 per day survey, but I get frustrated when I don't qualify a lot of times.

Join creations rewards they pay faster than the others. I have received lots of $5 pay pal payments and quicker than they listed about 3 days.

My favorites are sendearnings, mypoints and rewardtv. Sendearnings is the most consitent one though, and although the only pay out when you reach 40$, this is a very consistent site, especially because of the 1$ a day surveys. In comparison to the paid survey sites that only have paid surveys once in a while, this is a great deal. You will have better luck at qualifying for a sendearnings survey, if you try after lunch, as I have found they only have a few early in the mornings. If you do not qualify, try again 4 hours later, and you might just get one. I have written a piece that is more indept at smartmomssave.gather.com, you should check it out.

Carla c, thanks for the links for the four sites. I am slowly trying to build how many sites I will register at. I register for a few, see if I like them, and if not then cancel and move on to the next. I will post another article soon to let you know how they were.

j.r. - Thanks so much for the tip on Send Earning. I signed up with them last week 'cause I learned they were connected with Inbox Dollars which I like. I don't always qualify for the surveys and get discouraged for wasting my time. I will definitely try out the tip of doing them in the afternoon.

I have never gotten a survey from Send Earnings but my friend told me about it and I do have about $7. Will let you know if I ever reach their $40 mark if I get paid.

I'm just getting into to this. I agree with MyPoints.com! I like this site a lot. I also do Inbox Dollars and signed up for MySurveys and NPDOR today. We'll see what happens.

Reward Port is another good one. it takes no time at all to get enough points to get gift cards. i also like freeride.com
