The Mail is Here!!

I just had the best mail call I have ever had!

I got home from work kind of bugged because I'm going to be without a car all week while my daughter's is in the shop. (That's another story).

Like every other day, the first thing I did was go to the desk where everybody piles the mail when they bring it in. There was a bunch of stuff there, but then there usually is so I didn't think too much of it. That was until I started opening it.

First was a $55.00 check from Home Depot for a delivery refund on some appliances that my mom bought us for Christmas. Next came not one, but two $5.00 Pine Cone checks. These were followed by a $25.00 gift card from My Points then a sample of tampons and a sample of a bunch of Post-It products. Last thing was a survey with a crisp dollar bill tucked inside. Awesome!!!!

Yeah, there were a couple of bills, but I didn't mention them when I told my husband about our haul! NOW he's impressed. I bet it will be a long time before he complains about all the time I spend on the computer again!
