Imagine living within the shadow of an aging, decaying, environmentally unsafe Nuclear Reactor. Couple that reality with spent fuel rod storage facilties that are leaking hundreds of thousands, if not millions of gallons of highly enriched radioactive wastes into the ground water, and imagine those contaminants leeching slowly into the Hudson River, and migrating down river towards New York City.
