we are seeing less honey bees, and wasps and yellow jackets are down too :( great shot of the honeys

I can remember seeing so many bees on flowering plants that you could hear them a ways off. It is sad.

Here's hoping the one's in the wild can make a come back. Who knows, maybe those commercial empty nests were bees making a break for the wild.

Every year, usually in spring, I will see at least one huge swarm (and I mean thousands) of bees on the move. They sometimes stop and swarm in a tree for a day or two, but then move on.

I haven't seen many bees yet this year. I have seen many butterflies. I don't care for bees. But I do understand how important they are. When they get in my house. I shoo them out. As for the wasp, well they get swatted.
