More wildflowers taken between July 1st and the 8th, 2009. After following the Reecer Creek Road up the canyon take the 3507. These photos were taken, for the most part, along the 114 and the 125 roads. With a few taken off the 3507 main road
I have always loved the larkspurs. Here is Parry's Larkspur which grows in sunny meadows.

The California Corn Lily grows in the same type of meadow in perfusion. The plants were turning yellow and there were few flowers left.

They grow on large spikes that grow from the very tops of the plants which resemble young corn plants.

Maybe a Yellow Bee Plant.

Some more pretty blue flowers.

White Plantain also grows in sunny meadows.

Mountain Chicory can grow almost anywhere sun or shade.

Unsure of this one's name it also seems to be a sun lover.

Maybe a Mountain Dandilion.

Mountain Asters grow in sunny mountain Meadows.

I have seen these in several home gardens.

These tiny pink blossoms were growing along side the main road.

Maybe Baby Blue Eyes ?

Canadian or Bull Thistle bud.

Lupines are still blooming all over the canyon area.

They pop up where ever they please.

Pearly Everlastings grow all along the main road. These can be picked for dried flower arrangements however they do dry perfectly right where they grow.

Another interesting wildflower I don't know the name of.
