In this photo essay I'll share the beautiful green heron, some egrets in the trees, a cormorant and plant life at Huntington Beach State Park in photos taken today during our visit.

All in all today was way more than I expected it to be.  Mother Nature never fails to provide beautiful things to see when you visit Huntington Beach State Park.  Now it was off the beach to cool off.  See you there.

The egrets were always my favorite.  In one house where we lived in FL, there were three that would swoop down after dinner wanting someone to feed them.  I have no idea where they hung out the rest of the day.  Perhaps they begged in other neighborhoods.  :)
