Purdy from My Yard for April 2009

Some pretty shots from my yard to your computer. Last night we had a terrific thunder and lighting storm. It brought some much needed rain. So everything was clean and wet this morning.

Taken with Olympus C2500L on April 28th, 2009  by me.

Okay maybe not so pretty but I like the color a dandlion.

And a not so pretty at all nephews muddy rig. It looks disoriented to me.

Crown imperials are super hardy if you can grow tulips you can grown crown imperials

BEAUTIFUL! We had the same storm last night...must have been far-reaching. Okay, we had a different one, but same weather. Too bad there wasn't enough rain to wash the jeep clean!

Whoa... that third flower down is AY-MAY-ZING. And I love your water-droplet shot!

That disoriented vehicle needs a good power-washing. :-)

very nice FRITTALARIA,  so often lacking in many gardens and unknown by many, also blooms early in season the blooms are often missed. anyway, kudooos, one of my favs!!
