Some Macro Shots taken March 26th, 2009

My Olympus camera takes really good macro shots, at least I think so . These photos were all taken yesterday which was a very sunny and windy day.

I did not crop these photos because I really like the  out of focus backgrounds as well as the detail of the subjects.

New green growth, there are  lots of new plants just starting to grow.

This next photo shows the new grass. I had to laugh when I first really looked at it. I hadn't noticed Autumn grazing in the background.  Well she is an Australian Cattle Dog.

And finally my Lemon Mint growing next to my deck at home.

I love the lemony smell of this plant.

Lovely photos. We have some buds on the trees, the crocuses are blooming and there are tulip shoots pushing up. I love to smell the lemon mint.

Just a tid bit of stored info with-in the depths of my swiss cheese brain: The out of focus background is called Bokeh (for those who might not know heh)... Sorry if I'm rambling, I'm just really tired!
