Is Gather making you a bad driver?

Gather is making me a bad driver. I have learned to carry my camera with me all the time and have found myself taking pictures out the side window while driving down the road and pulling over in strange places to take pictures. I try be be careful and not do anything too crazy when there is traffic.

I am already taking pictures of things just in case I might need them later for a theme. 

The other day I went out in the rain with my umbrella and was taking pictures in the rain in my front yard and hoped that I would not get my camera wet.

What crazy things are you doing now that you are taking pictures to post on Gather?

I don't brake for pictures...but I do "see" pictures I missed before...
today I saw two horses standing in an open barn door...it was cold and rainy...they were saying "not going out in that"

I'm glad you brought up this topic, and thank you for the article. I would really appreciate it if people would put more effort in to describing how they took their pictures such as what lenses they used, what settings, and what they did (such as getting out of their cars, stopping, what time of day, etc.) That way we could learn more how to get the same results instead of just looking at nice photos and wondering how the photos came to see the light. Thanks!!!

Gather's not making me a bad driver...yet!!! But I am sitting here all day long on Gather while my thighs and behind just get bigger and bigger, when I know darn well I should be getting some kind of exercise...but, boy! Are my fingers getting thin from all this typing!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yippee!

Lol Ellie....Our street is kind of busy sometimes and there are times when I am out there taking pictures and I am sure the people driving by wonder what I am doing.

I haven't changed that much yet. I still have literally thousands of photos I have taken since my hubby bought me a digital camera for my birthday 7 months ago that I am going through and posting!

I don't usually have my camera with me when I'm driving unless we are on a trip somewhere. We usually pull over and stop and get out to take our pictures. Be careful taking those pictures where you live. LOL.
I am guilty of taking weird pictures. However not when driving. I am sure glad Eric isn't into taking pictures, and couldn't find the camera phone this morning lol. I tshirt and shorts on and the dogs needed out. I slipped on his cowboy boots and took them out. He said oh baby I need a picture of that I then realized how stupid I looked lol

It hasn't made me a bad driver yet but it has made me say, "Damn, I wish I had my camera!"
