The chick in the karate uniform was me ten years ago. I was ok looking if I say so myself. But I was DAMN good at Tae Kwon Do. I was a second degree.

My son was a black belt too, had to give it up after he sustained a football injury. Great sport, it taught him discipline. The article and pictures are GREAT!

Serina -- I thought that old lady is my MIL -- seriously! We all call her Nana Bosnia and she looks EXACTLY like that. In fact, I just showed one of my co-workers and she screamed "Nana Bosnia!" Anyway, what a laugh! I stared at your Tae Kwan Do for a long time trying to figure out what is wrong. Then, when you said that was you, I was very impressed. So, when you say that you might kick some ass at McDonalds, it's not an empty threat with no power behind it. Have a great day! You sure brighened mine up!

I like the TKD one too...my son is getting his black belt and I have a series of pics of him with each belt done....that pose is too cool for words! I may have to steal it for his black belt shot!
