and prayer and meditation......
'' I cannot believe that I lost 300 dollars ! ''
if it was someone elses's fault........accept it mentally , following with the thought of
NO LOGIC, NO LOGIC,NO LOGIC.
Then say it out loud several times.....I cannot believe I loaned him 300.00 dollars.
And then move on......
To much stress I am in bed for days.
If it is something I see as a problem to solve I will dive into it and solve it. Even if that means poofing from everyone for a while.
If it is the phone I wont answer it.
If it is just little stuff I have my plants, critters,writing and camera to relax with. Or a good movie, or documentary..... Just depends what the stress is all about.
Hope you figure out your own style for relaxing!
A walk by myself to think about it, or jumping on the trampoline if there's anger behind it helps me!
