Points: posting & deleting

I just want to be certain I have this correct.

If the same person replies to my article 10 times ... I get points for each time they post?

Also if you DELETE an article after it has accumulated responses/points does anything happen to your point totals? 

 Any help you can give would be hugely appreciated!

yes, you get points every time someone clicks on your article whether they rate it or comment or not.

you also get points when you comment on others articles

and if you delete an article after you have accumulated points, nothing happens to your points, you already earned them

Yep...every rating and comment you get, you recieve points for. Supposedly, once you pick up points, they're yours and you can't lose them...unless a Gather glitch takes away your entire accumulation, which has happened to some in the past.

Once you have the points, then you have them.

I believe that you'd accumulate points even if only one person posts several comments on one post. But I'm not sure. As far as deleting, I have done it several times and my points don't go down.

Someone should ask Randy because he left over 500 comments yesterday, but I think it was two per article. So we should see how many points he got and if it really is true.

I had wondered about points leaving if you deleted the article as well, but I figured if you already had the card in hand, deleting old articles wouldn't hurt.
