What's the New Logic for the Gather Group Listing?

I just published an article and I noticed that the sequence of the Group listing on the last page (where you pick which groups you want to publish your article in) has been shuffled again. I am a little frustrated because I had memorized the approximate position of my groups on the long list, so I didn't have to read every single line. But now since the sequence has been changed, I will have to get myself familiar with the new position again. It is not alphabetical, it is not cluttered by type, and it is not "most frequently posted first". So, anyone know what logic there might be? (There might be none.)

I don't think there is a logic to the group listing. I wish there was. I would like to have the option to put the groups into a category to suit my needs as well!

I'm amazed that you memorized the group position! Sometimes mine seem shuffled everytime I look at them! I wish there were a way to arrange them in the way you would like.
