Just on CNBC: Other freebies this election day are a cone at Ben & Jerry's, a star-shaped sprinkled doughnut at Krispy Kreme, and ribs at one of the rib places -- oh, and toilet plungers as an ode to Joe in one Mid-Western town.
You would think John McCain would have given cactus to his supporters. Palin could have given out moose sandwiches. I believe the election was lost from not doing this.
Speaking in a foreign language concerning Thanksgiving, or maybe just imitating Michael Phelps. I bet you swim in an indoor pool. Yes, your foreign words told me alot about your ancestors scaling the high fences along the subversive parts of the Canadian border. (Yes, Sarah Palin knows them all). What language will you speak if Sarah Palin drops by on Thanksgiving Day to invite you on a Moose hunting expedition? I hope you have a big freezer, for the antlers.

To Whom It May concern seems a bit formal, so I'll just say to my Gather friends, Happy Holidays. I have had so many chores and things to do that it has been tough to find time to comment. I love to write and I try to set aside at minimum 2 hours a day just to write whatever. My thought is always of you, my audience. You are an inspiration and I try to be entertaining.
