Is Glenn Beck the Most Dangerous Man in America?

No, I don't think he's the most dangerous. Not even close. Obama gets my vote for most dangerous.

I'm glad that Beck is warning people and making the suggestions he is.

I think he's a hero, who's word should be heeded-instead of being the whimpering forgiver he should, he's pointing out some things, that should have been and let those who choose, CHOOSE for a CHANGE.

I'm so tired of all the justifications of other's and their IMO crimes, he's a relief.

I've been waiting for someone to jump on the Bash Beck Wagon ever since he joined FOX...It's amazing to me that when someone attempts to warn Americans about serious possibilities/realities everyone cries "Conspiracy" Yet when someone promises serious reform/change we/you..(not me) all fall into line like the sheep they are. Do you actually think he sits up at night with nothing better to do than come with ways to scare the shit out of the American public?

Actually, they need to have the shit scared out of them...This country has been dumbed-down so much lately that we don't know where to turn. Someone needs to wake everyone up to the reality of what is truly happening....Just think if the Germans could have thought on their own or had a fair and balanced media to inform them....6 million Jews would have had a history other than breakfast for Hitler...

These are scary times, and if Beck scares you then all the better, maybe it will force you to investigate on your own, and if you find his facts to be false at least you have your own to guide you...But seriously, do you really think his research dept allows him to just spout off theory....I doubt it...his rhetoric is based in fact he's just a little sensational so he can get your attention...He's sincere, and concerned. We need a few more like him to wake this country up!!!

One of our local network news channels has a commentator portion set aside for his views. The station makes very clear that his opinions do not represent the station.

Fox news should do the same.

Glenn Beck is doing a good job getting the word out about what crazy things are going on in our wonderful country. Every day we become a little less of what made this country great in the first place, so we need the warning before it is too late.

Most people don't like the truth - it is very scary - even when someone tell us the truth about our attitudes, actions, etc. We don't like to hear we are not perfect, because, just ask me and I will tell you I believe I am pretty darn close! *grin*

People who can't handle the truth will soon be living with a fool.

If Beck were a phony,I don't think that Fox would have put him on. To ignore his message just because he doesn't suit someone's particular orthodoxy is both petty-and dangerous. I have noticed that a lot of people who have critisized him the most ,have never watched his show. That's just prejudice,and not objectivity talking. Fox would put The Ghost of Saddam Hussein on if they thought it would improve their ratings. That's all they care about. They aren't a news organization, they're an entertainment channel - for people who are entertained by having their skewed and nonsensical world views validated.

Seems to me that Fox doesn't care whether or not Beck believes in what he's saying. As long as he can attract listeners and help them sell air time they're happy.

I watch Glenn Beck every day. I watch him to find out what is realy going on in our country. Glenn beck is not a news man . He is just for America. He is telling you the trith. We had better wake up and pay attention to what he is saying befor it is to late.

Beck is ah ero and telling it like it is. Although there are times it makes me want to buy an M1 Garand or an StG-44 and paint my SUV in camoflauge, you cannot hide the truth that we are headed towards bad times and need to be prepared. Depending on what we do, we can perhaps soften some of the blows if we act wisely.

I have only been watching Beck for the last few weeks. Thanks to MSNBC and Gather! He is thought provoking. Then again, what I have heard from him is what I have been hearing about the last 2 years (You remember gas prices were over $4/gal) about seeds and what people will need in the future if the consumption of oil remains the same.

Even NPR had a show (Fresh Air) on if people are to survive shortfalls, then the inner city is not the place to be. You need to be rural, be able to plant and raise livestock. Spinning wheels and looms may be desirable items after cap and trade goes through (This is not frightening?). Solar and wind are again something rural America can do. Inner city's limited land and space will make things harder to get and will be costly to remain in.

Carol, everywhere I turn with the exception of NBC, CBS and ABC the talk is about "What can you afford after all these taxes go into effect?" Cap & Trade is $150/per month per household. Do you know what your new tax rate is when you file this year? I can't answer the questions for you, I can only answer for myself. I know we are off the grid. That means our $150/mth will have to be paid by those of you on the grid. Every 100,000 houses off the grid will increase the cost for those on the grid by 1.5M. Think about it.

Glenn Beck is not the only voice out there. He is just a voice that has the largest pulpit to speak from. Yet people have been aware of his message for longer than than they have been listening to him. Since the gas prices went berserk, people have been preparing, they now turn in to listen to him because they already figured out what he has.

Actually, in an urban/rural scenario, the rural population act as serfs. A bit like the mafia offering protection for their business.

After having a laugh at your remark, we are doing things suggested by Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Beck is saying the same thing they are, just in a different manner. Do you even know what routes and alternates to take in the event of an evacuation? We do. Have you set up a contact sheet where everyone is responsible for calling 10 other people to alert them to danger? We have it right down to who moves pets and livestock out of danger. It is just plain old common sense in the event of a forest fire or flooding or if the Mafia was to show up.
