Laura "Pickles" Bush was a Liberal Democrat

As I make my critque of the first lady, Mrs. Obama, and her spendthrift ways, some of our friends have remarked abot the cost of Laura Bush's spendthrift ways. I know the answer hurts, but she was born and bred a Democrat. She just wanted to latch herself onto a Republican's coattails; hence, Laura Pickles Bush.

So? Does thsi make Mrs. Obama's hairdresser anymore justified when people are losing their homes. and jobs?

Personally, I don't think many of the expenses that Presidents and their families have are justified. They forget they're in a fishbowl.

Bah humbug, no one can ever hold a candle to General Washington, Mr. "No salary, just pay my expenses." When they elected him president they practically forced a salary on him, because the new nation probably would not have been able to afford his expenses. He really did sleep everywhere, and he had all the receipts to prove it!

No one is born and bred to any political party. Also party affilitations are changed for many numbers of reason.

As far a the current First Lady's, Michelle Obama, spending on personal items. One way to help with the economic situation is to spend money, keep the cash flowing. She is just doing her part.

What do you have against hairdressers keeping their jobs and homes? Should those who can afford to hire them deny them work? What have you got against hairdressers?

Or is it the wealthy whom you oppose. Do you want to exercise control over what they are allowed to buy with their money?
