Bush appeases North Korea?

Bush said he will lift trade sanctions against North Korea.  He will remove it from the U.S. terrorist list.

It is no longer an "Axis Of Evil."

They handed over an accounting of its nuclear work to China.

It's so stupid to have U.S. troops in S. Korea anyway. They have their own. And if N. Korea ever changes its mind about behaving, we have battle ships.
