wanted to take a moment to send out updated forum/archive info, and
let you know that we are working diligently on a new static page for
circleofcrones.
com. As I'm sure you've noticed, we've cornered the
market on Circleofcrones, with our .com, .net, and .co.uk, but we do
want to put everything back into perspective and have on central place
you can find all of our important links.
In the meantime, pleasse remember that the forums are now here:
http://circleofcrones.co.uk/index.php
And the archives are here:
http://www.circleofcrones.net/e-fiction/eFiction1.1/index.php
If you haven't already noticed, Britannia and our hero Steve34 have
been working diligently to squash all the bugs out of our E-fiction
upgrade and it is now in place on the archives full time. Thank you
Brit, Steve and all of our testers who helped during the test period.
We appreciate everything everyone has done.
Now, as you all know there is a contest going on right now in tribute
of author Neil Gaiman. We realize that not everyone knows how Neil
Gaiman is, and this is why we've introduced the contest--to introduce
you to an author many of our members respect and admire. As we are
planning to do contests that celebrate and pay tribute to authors at
least twice a year from here on out, we would like you to consider
that sometimes you may not know who that author is, but it is a prime
time to get to know some new work, and to win a pretty cool prize pack.
Here's the rest of the news, and the big announcement. Since the move
we all noticed that things have fallen a little off balance onsite.
Participation is down, reviews and feedback are on the low end, so in
order to get things stirred up again, I decided this morning that it
was time to start another review contest. For those of you who don't
know how it works, starting today, March 29th, and lasting through
April 29th, we will be hosting another review-o-rama. The member with
the most reviews at the end of April will win a one-of-a-kind Coc Mug
from our Cafe Press store, shipped directly to their front door. All
reviews must be constructive and legitimate--no one line "loved it,
update" reviews will be tolerated or accepted.
So let's get out there and get constructive!
Llew & the Crones
Any and all questions regarding the review-o-rama or the Gaiman
contest should be directed to our ask the staff section on forum,
which can be found right here:
