Bush History: 3 Bush Insiders Slam 3 Bush Policies, & Bush's Last Full Day

Who has sugessted that he be prosecuted for invading a country that was innocent of his stated crimes or agession? I am a military man and a war with a just cause is one thing but Bush's two wars in the Middle East had no just cause. They are wars of agression no different than many we have fought to stop.

I don't know, Col. Invading Afghanistan with the express purpose of dismantling Al Qaeda was a worthy goal. It is too bad that President Bush failed at the mission. Now, in the case of Iraq, I totally agree with you. It was unnecessary and maybe a violation of our constitution. Ah, yes, the US Constitution - - - somewhat of a quaint old document, I'm afraid.

I recently read a story concerning a Bush insider who was preparing to spill the beans about the wrongs surrounding the stolen election and how his plane mystirously crashed.

Well, that would be the final nail on the coffin of the Bush admin Juan, were proof of that to come out. Even I, no fan of Bush at all, has a hard time believing they would resort to murder to hide their political shenanigans.

Joe, you got it just right I think about Bush's war record. I think Afghanistan is certainly justifiable in the eyes of Americans and the world. Iraq? No way.

I thought of that same point I was typing my original post Nunya. Slaughtering hundreds of thousands of Iraqiis in the name of war I am sure Bush has no problem with. Killing one American to hide political shenanigans, I think would fall into a different category in his mind, and I don't think he would approve. That's how I feel anyway ... could easily be wrong.

War is war, and deaths are expected. Your contention is that any president willing to send people off to war is willing to order the murder of an american to hide political dirty business. So what would apply to Bush you must apply to lincoln, fdr, lbj, etc .. anyone who has sent troops to war. You can take that view alright. I'm not sure that all of our presidents are that evil.

No, my contention is, Any President willing to LIE HIS PPL INTO DEATH and MURDER against a nation that DID NOTHING TO US and HAD NOTHING WE CLAIMED, is willing to order the murder of AMERICANS (And anyone else that gets in the way) to DO his political dirty businesss.

Bush didnt do a whole lot to "Hide" the arrogance and stupidity required to go on this ILLEGAL, IMMORAL and FAILED venture.

Well Nunya you are really on the wrong track here. 99% of my threads, including this one, point out the errors of Bush's ways. He was an abysmal president, with an abysmal record, the Iraq war was a huge mistake etc.

I am just not sure, however, that he would order the political assasination of a GOP operative to cover up political dirty business. He may have (that wouldn't surprise me too much either), but if I had to bet money on it I would bet he did not. I'm a bit suprised that he didn't arrange to plant WMDs in Iraq so he could boast that he was right all along, but he didn't do that, and I don't think he did this either.

So take a deep breath and calm down, OK? Life is too short to get so worked up over something neither of us knows the truth about.
