I'm Going Back to Work !!!

I was up all night sick and decided a day off was in order. I have firmly decided after a day off that I might have gotten more rest at work. Tom's back is out, so the morning started with me taking the garbage out and watering the chickens. I did not mind a bit and would have had to do this either way, that is just a part of life.

However, when I get settled back in bed, I hear a commotion and head downstairs only to find my husband, dog, and mother-in-law completely stressed out as we have (2) weasels/mink running around INSIDE the house. Yes, that is right....INSIDE....

We got them back outside just in time to watch one of them kills a squirrel within seconds....and then I had to check on the chickens of course...all was well there, but now, I certainly don't feel like going back to bed or I will never sleep tonight.

I am going back to work so that I can get some REST....LOL

LOL Did it scare you to see them in the house? How did they get in?
