Just in on CNN World News, South Korea is rumored to be moving massive amounts of troops North. The nuke test has been confirmed, measuring 4.2 on the richter scale.
England has it's parliment already in session, stock markets that are open are DOWN. Pundits are saying Bush is powerless to stop North Korea, are calling on him to make a deal with North Korea that would assure their safety and security, and end their food problems.

Yeah I saw it. No conformation on the second test as of yet, but this is proof that tensions are high in Asia. As I have said before, China, Japan and South Korea are VERY nervous about what North Korea is doing, and this could be very hige in a bad way.
Don't forget about the recent coup in Thailand, that made a lot of Asian countries nervous as well as the U.S.
I also saw on CNN where Japan is considering a new constitution. This just adds more tension to that region.
Asia is a ticking timebomb that is ready to explode at any moment, and we all should be watching.
Porgie, that's not a true statement either.
Reagan told the soviets once "...trust but verify", and I think that's what NK won't allow. There was no verification process in the first deal we had on these weapons, and Kim took advantage of it. I think it is going to take world pressure/diplomacy on China to do any good. They will act as most nations do for their own best interests.
