I feel I need to share with my online friends and anyone else who may read this post or do online shopping. I've just recieved some of the worst service ever from a company! I'm extremely aggravated at the moment and plan on writing their coorperate office as well as placing a review everywhere I can stating how this company doesn't hold up to what they say. Let me explain further...
My husband bought me a pajama set for Valentine's day. It was perfect for me. I do mean perfect, the style, fit, color, and even the phrase on the babydoll styled bedtime tee. The pj pants were wonderful too a mixture of part cotton and spandex. They were so soft and comfy. He heard about a site called pajamagram.com on a talk radio station one day. He said he did research on the company. Well, of course they wont post the bad reivews on there website. Well....that doesn't make such great research.
I washed the outfit and wore it.I didn't even have them in my possesion a whole week and the hem at the bottom started comming out. I know your probally thinking ok, thats no biggy. Why don't they just sew it. Well I don't sew and since they have a no hassle return policy and a love it gaurentee my husband said well call in and they'll replace them without a problem. So far so good....or so I thought. We were told to send them back and the postage is automatically paid by them for returns. Great! We sent it back and its now 3 weeks or more later and we finally heard something back yesterday. We are now being told they should've sent out a replacement pair right away. But, they didn't.
I recieved the phone call here at home yesterday.I wasn't feeling well and I wanted to talk to my husband since he was the one who placed the order. I told them I'd have him call back in after we spoke about what to do. We're being told they may not get the pajama's in we ordered now. Meaning I can either wait for who knows how long to see what merchandise they are getting in. I checked the website and saw 4 other pairs of pj's I was semi interested in.One pair I was planning on ordering when we called back in to get the other ones taken care of. Well guess what? They didn't have either of them in stock in any size. Then the other pair was only in an extra small. That would never fit me! So, I'm still left without pj's and am dealing with this crappy hassle. My husband spoke to them last night and we asked if we could get the ones we sent in back then and we'll fix the hem ourselves. We were still being nice at this point though I'm on the brink of tears.Yes, I'm crying over pajama's. Why? It's simple they now hold sentimental value since they were a valentine's gift.Even though it was a small gesture for the holiday I fell in love with these and he picked them special for me. Now, to have them up and taken away without any real results is heartbreaking. I'm yet again left without nothing.
We were told last night that the return department was closed at that time and we would be able to get a call back today to see if we can get them back or not. My problem is we now spent 40.00 plus shipping on these damn pajamas and have actually had them in our possesion for about a week total before being sent back.We are then paying for damaged pajamas and why the heck would I want that. They aren't offering any resolution other then a gift card, possible getting the damaged pj's back, getting them in a men's version, or having the money back on my hubby's card. However none of that is resolving the issue. How about return me my pj's and replace at least part of the money since they are damaged? How about giving us all our money back and giving me a free pair of pj's?Leaving me with no merchandise, only the money and all this wasted time and problems is not an option. Giving me mens pj's when I am a lady and they fit differently is not an opition! If I want man jammies I'll wear my hubby's boxers and a tank, or I'll wear one of his tshirts to bed.I want my lady pajama's.Thats what we ordered and I just want that style and sized replaced. This is not no hassle guarentees. This is very much so a hassle.
They were told they only get so many in from certain vendors.Great...I get that. But, it's an item made by their company. So, I think they need to hold up there agreement. Replace the ones I had without this mess.If I would've known I'd be fighting to at least get my pj's back. I would've never sent them back in the first place. My hubby sews, my grandma and mom do too.I'm sure one of them would've fixed the hem for me. Grrrrrr! We made sure they had my hubby's cell phone number so he would be the one dealing with this mess today not me. Yet, I got the phone call a little while ago. She woke up my daughter, was rude to me, and still didn't resolve the issue. She got smart when I asked her why our house number was called when we varified last night that his cell phone was to be called so he could handle it. I asked her questions and she didn't like that I guess because she snottly said "we are past that now". If we were past that I wouldn't be asking you the question! When someone's telling me that the person we first spoke to should've sent out the replacement item right away I wonder if this mess could've been resolved without an issue to begin with. But obviously he didn't do his job proerally. Now, we are in this mess. Now, I'm trying to resolve it and getting the run around from this snotty chick.
I took down her name and I plan on reporting her when my hubby gets home.I'll be calling and talking to a supervisor and complaining about my experiances and hopefully getting some answers. I highly suggest not dealing with this company ever! Or, be prepared for disaster from late delievery times *yes, my gift arrived a day before Valentine's Day and two days later then he was quoted for a shipping time* If you have a return plan on not getting the item you want back in or at least 4 other pj sets on thier site.I get that it's the time they are changing there stock around. But, I don't understand how this isn't noted and a customer can be hung out to dry for this long without answers and the issue being resolved. To hear oh, well we may get them in again NEXT YEAR! How can someone even suggest I wait a whole year to get my pajama's. Why would I even consider doing bussiness with them again after this? Don't order from Pajamagram.com!Our first time ordering from them and this is the service we get. Not a good way to run a bussiness thats for sure.
Have you ever ordered from them and had a good experiance? Do think my solution to getting some money back after all this is reasonable?

I'll be updating more on this later on.
Good luck!
Thanks Audrey. I looked on victoria secrets website but I'm not crazy about there sleep sets. Some of the sexier items are nice but with a toddler..I don't get "sexy" to much anymore.LOL. It was a simple babydoll tee and cotton/spandex lounge like pants.Thats mostly my style though normally I like tanks. This was a change and it fit so well I decided I liked the change..at least with this brand.
I wish you luck and hope you are able to get this resolved soon.
