There's a spot where you "add a zipcode", did you fill that out? You add it, then click save each time you've added another zip code.

I have a Boomertowne account and am trying to earn a gift card but it's sort of a frustrating site for me. I don't always "get" it or understand it.

Heather I have the zip code filled in on the top. I have it also for every section, event etc. In total it's on that page 6 times.

I clicked save. Got that message. I erased it and put it back in. Clicked save. Got same message.

Looks like I just wasted an hour.

Okay, I added it TWICE to the top field. It took it. How odd... they needed it twice, lol.

I have been having problems my city/towne part also. It tells you that you can add photos to a city already there but it won't take mine. Yes, the are jpg. very strange. glad you figured your problem out!
