Thanks to all my contacts I have made over 500 points in less than a month!!  I really have gained an appreciation for those members that make 3000 a month, wow.  One thing that has made me lose some respect for others is the posting of "non-original" photos without a clear credit to the originator or a disclaimer if the picture was taken from the web.  I think this is a violation of Gather's Terms of Service and that no points should be awarded for such images, but I realize Gather has its hands full of technical problems and doesn't seem to be worried about how many points people do get.  

Anyway thanks again to everyone that has commented on my articles and images..

Congratulations David, it won't be long, before you get that gift card :) Great job gathering.... and you are absolutely right about the copyright violators, I used to just ignore it, but now it is really beginning to bother me, because I realize how much copyright violation is actually going on here.

I really have no idea what I will eventually do with the points Susan, I suppose it is a wait and see for me. I have asked a couple of people J.R. about the photos they have posted and they do not respond at all... which is suspicious if you ask me and suggests that they know they have done something they should not do. Thanks for the comments Briggette, Pam and Patricia!!

I agree with you. I also don't like seeing people posting jokes or images they got from the internet without proper credit.

I have no plans as of yet with the points. Maybe I will wait to see what Gather decides to do as we get closer to the holiday season....
