Cashing in Gather Points

Was going to cash in some of my Gather points for a Barnes and Noble gift certificate, and when I click on the link, it goes back to the join page, rather than taking me to the points program. Anyone else having trouble accessing this area?

Sorry I can't help you but are you sure you have enough points for it? Thats all I could think of that may be wrong.

Janet...have plenty of points for it. PRoblem is, when I click on the links to cash in or donate Gather Points, it takes me to the page you get as someone who is not a member, telling me I need to be signed in.

Fixed the problem...in case someone else has this problem, I had to bring up my cookies file and delete all old cookies. Once that was done, and I deleted them from the garbage can everything is fine.
