When I click on the "Gather points" link, nothing happens except it takes me to the sign up page. Clicking on the link in help brings up nothing. Is everyone having this problem? How can we redeem our points?
as this alter I can get to the cash in page, but my real account I get the same as you Rhetta....to the sign in page, but there's no where to sign in..
I had the same problem too ! Although, normally I redeem my points each time I have enough for: 1,565 Points$25 Donation to Paralyzed Veterans of America I recently sent support an email asking if they could invite http://www.kiva.org/ as a charitable organization I could donate my points to as well.
