Gather Spring Cleaning: Groups

I spent about an hour today wading through my groups. I really wish there was some system of order in place. Every time I would change a page, the group orders were mixed up. Very frustrating gather. . . I'm just sayin'.

Anywho, I left a bunch of groups. I left groups where the owner has not logged in, in the last six months. If I was in a group and I wasn't already connected to the owner, I sent them a connection request (I like to be connected to the owners of the groups I am in. . . just one of my quirks heh).

I also went through the groups I owned and removed serial offenders, who post content that does not apply to the group (Don't worry I won't get all bent out of shape if you do it now and then, everyone makes mistakes including me :D (Ain't that right Tess LOL), but if every single day when I approve content, you're posting kid pictures to say, my cat group, sorry you gotta go).

I figured many of you may be in the process of doing this gather spring cleaning. So if you're in the market for a new group, check out these groups that I own (in no particular order):

Into the Wild (This is my newest group, a lot of the nature groups I was in had absentee owners and the groups were over run with off topic content)

This is a group for everyone who enjoys adventuring into the wild places, places of nature and of wildlife.

From jewlery making, to metaphysical properties and healing powers, to simply a neat rock you found while hiking, please post them here! All things posted here must related to the topic of stones, crystals and minerals in some way, shape or form, please include something in the tag. Don't post a picture of your cat, unless say your cat is beside an amazing rock :)

One very important thing:

I have a zero tolerance for people who post unorignal content. This includes but is not limited to: Net photos from "free" sites, Photos stolen from professional photographer's sites, email forwards, and so on.

If you post anything of the sort to any of my groups, I'll remove you, ban you, and if we're connected you'll loose a connection. Hate to be so harsh, but I have had it with the insane amount of theft that goes on here. Sooo. . . to be safe, don't post anything you didn't create :)
