Thanks April, for the tag and the wonderful idea.
1) While traveling on business in Aguascalientes, Mexico, a friend and co-worker and I stopped at a liquor store to stock up on El Jimador. While leaving the store, I was stopped by a radio DJ doing a live remote outside the store. Of course, I only understood about one word in every five she spoke, but it was obvious I was on the air. So what is a native Michigander to do in the heart of rural Mexico and on Mexican radio? Why, I sent a “shout out to Michigan!” (complete with my fist in the air). To this day I wonder if Mexican radio has a delay for live broadcasts and if anyone in the listening area understood a word I had said.
2) Almost every night I have bizarre, colorful and extremely vivid dreams that often result in physical manifestations such as pain.
3) I rarely watch TV or movies and have never seen: A full episode of ANY reality show, Ghostbusters, any Star Wars movies or Rocky Horror Picture.
4) I dabbled in vegetarianism for a short time and my cousin Josh called me “veggie”.
5) I have an older brother who is Born Again and got caught up in a cult-like church.
6) When I was 17 I drove a car that had an eight track player in it and listened to the Everly Brothers the most.
I will be tagging:
Melissa (who is still wearing mournful black)
Larry H. (who is almost my neighbor)
Christine K. (who UNDERSTANDS dogs)
Tara R. (a fellow pit bull lover)
Kathleen R. (who is one of my new favoritist gatherers)

Thanks for the shout out chicky:)
Thank you, LaTrice. I definitely have more important things to do that watch the boob toob.
Well, yeah, CK.
I happened to be in the Aguascalientes, Mexico area during that radio stint. They were doing a commercial for a gas reliever (Beano maybe?) and had asked what you normally did to relieve gas. There were surprised faces at your response. As we here in the states say "don't drink the water" the Aguascalientes' now say, "don't eat in Michigan."
Thanks all. Have fun, Larry!
Janet, we adopted him yesterday.
I don't eat food in bed, Rob, so that's out.
I should give you one of my dad's Ter. He has about 50 of 'em.
Thank you, Lynn!
I was in Michigan while you were in Mexico...
but, I was listening to banana.
I think Eric and Carson were on....
Sorry.
Ahahahhahahaha
You're just weird.
Not as weird as you, pal.
As far as WIOG, I used too. Not so much anymore. I hop between Banana, WRIF, 103 and oddly lol, 95 and 98. WIOG has become to kiddy pop for me. I prefer a more classic rock (or current rock for that matter), or country. I actually stick to my playlists unless I'm in the car. build my own works for me. Then I can include blues and other interests also. ;-)
You doing ok?
TX, SHel.
Life is busier than usual these days, Linda. We adopted another pitty....... how 'bout you? I miss having you around gatherland.
..but I'll poke around and see what I can find out for you. I'll let ya know what (if anything ?) I come up with...

As I said, the page will not open, however I think this is a pretty interesting lead as to his where abouts...if I can find more, I'll post it for you. Maybe we should just call WIOG, and (lol) ask?
hmmm
I never thought about what they may have been asking me about in Mexico, just my luck it would be something serious like that.
And I've never seen an episode of Friends. I don't know how people thought that show was funny!!!! Especially the blond chick. What a dummy.
Love ya too :)
Your new baby is simply beautiful! I love the name too. The first thing I thought of was Dulce de leche and figured she was just a sweet dog. She's got nice eyes.
How are the others taking to her?
What?????? I thought everyone knew she was my baby sis! TJ Thompson even created a fan club for Robin, me and our other sister Shelley.
