Heavenly Fruit Salad w/ Mint

Yield: 4 servings
1 pt strawberries sliced
1 pt blueberries
1 pt raspberries
1 pt blackberries
1 c yogurt vanilla flavor
1 ea mango peeled & cubed
1 ea peach peeled & cubed
1/4 c simple syrup*
1/3 c lime juice fresh
1/2 c fresh mint chopped
1/4 ts almond extract
*NOTE: Simple syrup = 1 part sugar to 1 part water. Bring water to a boil, stir in sugar until dissolved completely. Remove from heat and allow to cool
Make simple syrup then chill while prepping fruit.
Wash, peel then chop fruit as desired.
Mix fruit with yogurt.
Combine simple syrup, lime juice, chopped mint & almond extract in your blender.
Pour syrup mixture over fruit.
Chill 4-12 hrs. then serve.
