Bubba's Sausage & Corn Chowder

Yield: 6 servings
1 ea 15oz can creamed corn
1 c Frozen corn niblets
1 lb Smoked beef sausage
2 tb Pimiento chopped
1/4 c Green Bell pepper dice 1/4"
1/3 c Onion chopped
2 c Half & Half
1/4 tb Black pepper fresh ground
1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
Scallions chopped as garnish
Slice sausage 1/4" thick rounds into a cast iron Dutch oven.
Cook over med-heat for 3 mins.
Add all other ingredients.
Continue to cook for 5 mins.
Reduce heat then cook for 15-20 mins uncovered.
Serve in bowls garnished with chopped scallions.
