Gribnieh Kotleteh - Mushroom Cutlets

Yield: 4 servings
1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms
13 c Rice
2 ea Onion
2 tb Flour
Salt & pepper tot aste
Sun flower oil as required
Sourcream as required

Boil mushrooms in salted water.
Drain in a sieve then wash under cold running water.
Mince mushrooms.
Mince onion then fry in oil.
Boil rice until almost done then remove form heat & allow to cool to room temp.
Mix mushroom with onion, rice, salt & pepper.
Shape into small patties 3" in diameter.
Roll each patty in flour.
Fry in oil until golden brown.
Serve with large dollops of sour cream & fresh greens.
